Manufacturing controls for pressure vessels are carried out through internationally recognized companies, following a traceability process that meets the most demanding quality controls.
Connections
The receiver connections with the customer process can be made complying with different regulations, such as DIN or ASME, with appropriate terminations for each system, either threaded or flanged.
Machinery and knowledge
We have the machinery and knowledge for the manufacture, testing and surface treatment of pressure tanks. We perform non-destructive tests such as radiographs of welds and / or dye penetrant inspection (DP), also called liquid penetrate inspection (LPI).
Engineering office
Our technical office studies and develops each project before starting its manufacture and performs the quality controls required by our system and the customer specification.
Welding
All our staff is qualified in the welds, inspections and regulations required.
Welds for these types of vessels are periodically tested within the verification system of our manufacturing process and welders are approved in all types of welding applied to manufacturing, being controlled by notified companies.
All products manufactured by Talleres Valsi are delivered with the required surface treatment and the appropriate transport packaging, as indicated in the order of each customer.
