The design and manufacture of pressure vessels and industrial boilermaking requires rigorous PPI.
For that reason and with the aim to provide our customers with the highest quality, at Talleres Valsi we have sought to have the highest number of certifications that guarantee our customers the quality that they are looking for. So, we are certified and continuously inspected by:
Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance Limited for ISO 9001:2015.
Lloyd’s Register for the manufacture of horizontal and vertical steel vessels according to the Directive 2014/68 EU.
ASME Certification (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) authorize Talleres Valsi for the scope of activity “Manufacture of pressure vessels” according to ASME VIII Div. 1 and including U stamp.
ISO 9001
The Quality Management System of Talleres Valsi has been approved by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance to the Quality Management System Standard: ISO 9001:2015 Applicable to: Design and manufacturing of steel pressure vessels.
Pressure Equipment
The Quality Management System of Talleres Valsi has been assessed against the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68 EU and conforms to the requirements for the manufacture of horizontal and vertical steel vessels.
ASME Certification - “U” stamp
Talleres Valsi is authorized by the American Society of Machanical Engineers for the scope of activity “Manufacture of pressure vessels”, in accordance with the applicable rules of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessels Code.
In Talleres Valsi we manufacture and certify all our products after a rigorous quality control process, performing the corresponding tests in our own facilities.
