Manufacturing plants
Talleres Valsi has two manufacturing plants in the Paseo de la Acacia, parc. 30.1 La Mora Industrial Estate, 47193, La Cistérniga (Valladolid).
Engineering office
We have a technical office where our engineers study each project and perform the necessary calculations for its successful manufacturing. The department is formed by a young and professional team that has all the technical means necessary for the design and development of each project, such as Auto-Cad drawing systems.
Certifications
All our jobs are backed by the ISO 9001 certification. In addition, we have other certifications that allow us to manufacture in different parts of the world, always guaranteed by internationally recognized companies.
Boilermaking specialties
We work in both steel (carbon steel and stainless) and aluminum. Our boilermaking specialties range from large tanks for toxic or dangerous products, to special benches for securing machinery, heat exchangers, racks for machinery, large pressure collectors, as well as pressure vessels for compressed air or gases.
All our products are tested and verify in our own facilities. We have approved test procedures for both routine and those witnessed test by our clients.
Organization and traceability
All our process is organized with the appropriate traceability to ensure the manufacturing quality, from the acquisition of raw material to the delivery of the finished and tested product to the customer.
Qualified staff
Our staff is highly qualified in all types of welding, with their corresponding approvals and procedures, the use of non-destructive tests (RT, LP, UT) being usual.
Galvanized and paint
We have hot dip galvanizing and painting processes to supply our products according to the final customer requirements. We compliment the paint specifications according to ISO 12944 in all its grades, including C5M. We can also paint according to the RAL required in each project.
Due to our vocation of customer service, we also take care of the packaging and transport of any of our products to their final destination, whenever the client requires it.
